To maintain a productive partnership, you agree to:- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use services as intended and follow provided instructions.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
5. Payment and Fee Structure
- Hardware Payment Terms:
- 40% deposit upon service quote approval.
- Full payment for hardware due upon delivery.
- Remaining balance payable upon project completion.
- Managed Services and Hosting Payments:
- Subscription fees are due on the same day each month or year as per the agreement.

7. Credit Card Processing and Security
We do not store credit card information on our systems. Payment information is encrypted and processed directly through Stripe to ensure the highest security standards. We provide clear billing schedules and transparent communication regarding fees. Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees.9. Cookies for Marketing
