Our dedication to your data’s security is paramount, which is why our partners adhere to SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, and HIPAA compliance standards, ensuring that your information is managed with the utmost security and in strict accordance with privacy and policy regulations.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information about yourself and your organization as requested.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any provided instructions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Fee Structure

  1. Hardware Payment Terms:
  • Initial Payment: An upfront payment covering 40% of the total project cost is required upon approval of the service quote.
  • Hardware Payment: Full payment for the hardware is due upon delivery to the client’s location.
  • Completion Payment: The remaining balance for the project is due upon its successful completion and handover.
  1. Managed Services, BCDR, and Web Hosting Payments:
  • Subscription Payments: For monthly and annual subscriptions to our Managed Services, BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), and web hosting, payments are due on the same date each month/year as per the subscription agreement. We aim for a professional relationship with our clients and expect timely payments to maintain service continuity.
  • Payment by Check: We understand some businesses prefer paying by checks. Please contact us at billing@techtrone.com to arrange for check payments. Note that monthly fees primarily cover vendor expenses and are not direct profits for us.

Contract Cancellation Policy:
